We welcome faculty members of the consortium or the College of HHS to sign up as reviewers to select the annual consortium faculty paper award winner. If you are interested, please fill out the below information. After the award nomination deadline, we will reach out with instructions and form the reviewer team. No review meetings will be required. If you have a paper nominated, you will not be contacted to be a reviewer in that award cycle.
