Please complete the form below to opt out of teaching in Brightspace during Summer 2020. Your request must be submitted by:

April 27 for Maymester/First Module
June 1 for all other summer modules

You must be the instructor of record or their designee to complete this opt-out request.

Please note that all requests may not be honored. You should assume that you will be teaching in Brightspace until you receive a notification as to the status of your opt-out request.
